Nordic Walking Basic Instructor Course throughout Canada
Albert Sport Coaching is hosting various Basic Instructor Courses for Nordic Walking in Canada. This is a chance to get your community their very own Nordic Walking and Fitness program. By sending people to our course they will learn, how to bring Nordic Walking to your community. ASC Nordic Walking and its partner have a big mission; to promote the activity of Nordic Walking throughout Canada, making it the number one fitness activity of all Canadians. Help us reach this goal and send your community fitness leader to our 1 day Basic Instructor course.
Equipment to bring: Clothes for expected and unexpected weather, good jogging or walking shoes, drink bottle, snacks.
If you have: Bring own poles, heart rate monitor, video camera
Insurance: Is the participants responsibility
