Exit 23 Active Transportation Feasibility Study

As a critical part of the process exploring feasible design options to promote safe travel by foot or bike within the area surrounding Exit 23, near the Wellness Centre, the consultants retained by the Municipality (MMM Group Ltd) will be hosting a PUBLIC MEETING on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at the Pictou County Wellness Centre from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.

The focus of the meeting will be understanding the challenges and concerns residents have regarding walking/biking to and from the Wellness Centre and other services within the vicinity of Exit 23. There will be a presentation of the findings to date, an overview of the types of options available, and a workshop on possible solutions.

Those who are planning on attending are asked to notify Rae Gunn, Active Pictou County Coordinator, at coordinator@activepictoucounty.ca or by leaving a message at 902-759-3502.

If you can't attend the meeting in person, please share your story by completeing this quick survey found at https://www.research.net/s/Exit23Survey
